Sliced Beef


From the very southern part of Brazil, we grew up watching the Gauchos raising the cattle, every Sunday morning we would wake up with the smell of the wood burning and the barbecue being prepared, was our duty to boil the potatoes for the Russian salad, prepare the rice and the vinaigrette.

Was very clear the only way to prepare the right barbecue, would be needed a lot of passion, patience and the best cuts of meat.

And this is what we kept doing since then.

It all began in a sunny Sunday
